Spyshop2000.com only sells the SKU-9001 DVR card to personas and companies that represent themselves as seasoned and knowledgeable personas and companies in the CCTV industry. We do not sell this system to end-users.

When we first started selling this product at www.spyshop2000.com we quickly realized that the product was highly technical. So much so that the average end user would generate hours of technical support calls making the product a unprofitable product to continue to offer to the end-users.

During the first year of selling this product we picked up many installers and dealers that possessed the background and technical understanding and knowledge to implement the system successfully. These customers keep reordering this product, which is the reason that we continue to stock the item and a testament to the products ability to deliver all the features and performance that High End installers require.

Potential new customers expressing their interest in this product approach us daily. Many claim to be in the CCTV industry implying that they have necessary knowledge to implement this system when in fact they don’t resulting in the customer purchasing the product then expecting SpyShop2000 to walk them through the learning curve.

By signing this document you are stating that you understand that we will not provide you any support on this product. You are also stating that you understand that we will not refund your money for this product if you are unable to get the product working. You are stating that you agree to pay a 25% restocking fee if you insist on sending the product back to us. You are stating that you understand that all shipping fees will not be refunded and that you will cover all shipping fees related to this product. You agree to pay a $100.00 charge back handling fee plus the 25% restocking fee if you charge back any portion of the purchase through your credit card company.
