By purchasing products from this website you are agreeing that you have
read, understand and agree with this terms of sale contract.
Payment
Options:
We currently accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Paypal.com
through our online
shopping cart system.
The vendor name that will on your credit card statement will be Paypal.com. If
your going to pay with Paypal please make sure that you have a CONFIRMED
SHIPPING ADDRESS. Payments received without a confirmed shipping address
will cause your order to be delayed as we will have to contact you for an
alternate form of payment. We can only ship to addresses that is confirmed through
Paypal's address confirmation process.

VISA or MASTER CARD
You are welcome to call us at 1-888-724-1641 with your Visa or Master Card
to pay directly with out going through Paypal...
United States Post Office money orders are treated as cash and this is our
preferred method of payment.
All other Money orders, Personal checks and Business checks are welcome
but there will be a 10 day waiting period before we ship to ensure the
payment clears the bank.
CHARGE BACKS, BAD CHECKS, OR ANY TYPE OF
FRAUD WILL BE PROSECUTED.
NO QUESTION ABOUT IT.
By purchasing any product that we sell you are agreeing to settle all legal
disputes in Dallas county.
Return
Policy
:
All
products are special order by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to
cancellations. Due to the nature of our products, some items may be used
once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL,
unless defective. Exchanges
or upgrades are acceptable and must be authorized in advance by
SPYSHOP2000.COM.
Any return must be authorized
by a representative of SPYSHOP2000. A RMA number must be issued before a
return will be accepted. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted
otherwise. Do
not send a product back until you have authorization. If you do the
package will be rejected (return to sender). Simply call
Customer Service at 1-888-724-1641 to process the return.
No returns will be authorized
after three (3) business days of receipt, unless defective. All packages
are shipped with traceable delivery.
No
discontinued item or items purchased at a discount may be returned unless
defective. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, at
our discretion.
No
return on software. You may be able to obtain a replacement copy. Products
that contain both hardware and software are treated as a software product.
Warranty
We guarantee all
SPYSHOP2000.COM products to
be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 60 days after sale
date. We will replace or repair, at our option, providing there is no
evidence of customer misuse or alteration. Any alteration to the product
voids all warranty.
Legal
Status of Products
It is the responsibility of
the Buyer to ascertain and comply to all applicable Local, State, and
Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please
consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.
By placing an order, the Buyer
represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the product
only in a lawful manner.

Texas State orders must add
applicable sales tax. If tax exempt, please include a resale certificate.
We assume no liability
associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any
loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of
these products.

International Orders
As a rule we will not do international sales. If you are not in
the USA and want to purchase our products you will need to understand that
this is the only way we will deal with you.

ship your product for 15 days after we have deposited your payment. (4)
You understand that you may not actually receive your product for up to 30
days... (5)
